How could there be any doubt as to my right to have a copy of the
warrant when it was headed Patient Copy, unless perhaps that document
dated 14 February 2025 had not been created on 24 October 2025? What
do Criminal Procedure Rules 5.9 and 5.10 have to do with this civil
matter, or was someone trying to excuse a proposed refusal to let me
have a copy of the warrant?
Further, H M Courts and Tribunals Service has parallelled this matter with
Social Security and Child Support Appeals, appeal reference number
SC/123/23/00176. I attended a Social Security Tribunal hearing for this
during the morning of 20 February 2025, which is the date Lancashire
Police executed the alleged warrant, without giving me a valid copy.
HMCTS sent me the statement of reasons for the Social Security Tribunal
determination for which I had asked, on 17 November 2025, the same
date as the unsigned letter from Preston Magistrates’ Court. I had asked
for reasons because the determination of the Social Security Appeal
Tribunal held on 18 September 2025 was inadequate. That inadequacy
was addressed in the statement of reasons dated 7 November 2025.
I have complained to Social Security Tribunals that my appeals were
invariably determined by a Tribunal of one person who did not appear to
me properly trained. The Chair, who is supposed to be a Judge, of the 18
September 2025 Social Security Appeal Tribunal, now with two people,
appeared to me to be insufficiently knowledgeable and was corrected on
her legal knowledge by my opponent. As you can see from the reasons,
the Social Security matter had previously been determined by an alleged
Judge who made significant errors.
In the Crown Court, also, HMCTS staff have been rude to me, and
produced inaccurate transcripts.
It seems to me clear, but this is only my guesswork, that no Mental
Health Act warrant mentioning me was issued by the Court on 14
February 2025, which must be the reason it was not served on me on 20
February 2025, and the reason it was not promptly sent to me upon my
asking the Court for it.
Lancashire County Council may have filed an application for such a
warrant and a District Judge may have refused it, perhaps because I was
not a patient and/or because the Social Workers complained about my
email, which meant I was in contact with them. The staff at Blackpool’s
Harbour Hospital told me to stop sending Social Services email.
My guessing can, of course, be completely wrong, but it does seem to me
if a proper warrant was filed on 14 February 2025 then Lancashire Police
